Film Screenings: Fiddler on the Roof and Tevye

Temple Shalom, in conjunction with the UA Jewish Studies Program, will be screening two Jewish-themed movies:  Fiddler on the Roof, and the 1939 Yiddish version of the same story, called Tevye. The two films are fascinatingly different.

Each screening will be followed by a discussion led by Rabbi Jacob.

Schedule:
FIDDLER ON THE ROOF – Monday, November 24, 6:30pm
TEVYE – Monday, December 8, 6:30 p.m.
(The early hour allows for a full screening of Fiddler on the Roof, which is a 3-hour movie.)
