Mishkan T’Filah Book Sponsorship Form
A Reform Siddur Temple Shalom needs additional copies of our weekly and Shabbat prayer book, Mishkan T’Filah. We welcome your contribution of any amount to our Book Fund to facilitate this purchase. We are also pleased to offer book sponsorships for $50 each. Sponsorships will be acknowledged by a bookplate that can be personalized to honor a special person, mark a life-cycle event, or memorialize a loved one.
